lbajee Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lbajee," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the lbajee Platform at lbajee.bio.
• "Platform" means the lbajee website, mobile web application, and all associated services, features, and content accessible via lbajee.bio.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or uses the lbajee Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's lbajee Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by lbajee that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it is eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations.

2.1 Age Requirement

The lbajee Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. lbajee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds within the Account will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) lbajee Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. lbajee may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or pending withdrawals. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. lbajee may require you to verify your identity at any point using government-issued identification, utility bills, or other documentation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. lbajee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] without delay.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lbajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits or withdrawals via third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered Account holder are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction when using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit amounts for card and bank transfer methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction. lbajee does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes, available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawals to bank accounts or payment cards may take between 1 and 5 business days depending on the receiving institution. lbajee reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, and to delay withdrawals that trigger internal fraud or compliance checks.

3.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request. lbajee reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on the lbajee Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). lbajee does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs arising from your payment method are your own responsibility.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by lbajee are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual offer) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. 4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. lbajee is not obligated to provide prior notice of bonus expiry beyond the original terms communicated at the time of the offer.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

lbajee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed exclusively to complete wagering requirements without genuine game play risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. lbajee reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or close the Account, and recover any funds already withdrawn in connection with abuse.

4.5 lbajee Right to Amend or Withdraw Offers

lbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect players who have already begun satisfying a wagering requirement under that promotion.

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the lbajee Platform operates according to its own set of rules as determined by the game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others). In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during game play, lbajee's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final, subject to review by the relevant game provider.

5.2 Malfunction Voids Play

A malfunction of any game or Platform feature voids all associated pays and plays for the affected round. lbajee will make reasonable efforts to restore the player's balance to its position prior to the malfunction, but accepts no liability for losses attributable to malfunctions beyond this restoration obligation.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lbajee Platform:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or make decisions on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any game where player knowledge of other hands could affect outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or inside information exploitation in sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.

Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Balances may be forfeited and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

5.4 Sportsbook Integrity

lbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed on a sporting event where there is reasonable evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised. lbajee also reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error. Bet voids will result in the stake being returned to the player's Account Balance.

The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion to assist players in managing their gambling activity. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lbajee.

8.1 Platform Availability

lbajee makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including power outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

8.2 No Warranty

8.3 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lbajee's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lbajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.

8.4 Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that lbajee bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through your voluntary use of the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is within your financial means.

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your lbajee Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied.

9.2 Closure by lbajee

lbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, and to withhold or void any Balance, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.3.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by lbajee.
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

lbajee will use reasonable efforts to notify you of a closure decision unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or is otherwise impracticable.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property provisions, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after closure.

10.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the lbajee Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

10.2 Amendments to Terms

lbajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and lbajee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
